Tiger Lillie Skin Food is an artisanal skincare line- every product in our line is handmade in small batches ensuring ultimate freshness, blessed with botanicals. While it is our greatest hope that you truly LOVE every product that you purchase, we understand that everyones skin stage and sensitivities is unique and individual, and resonates differently with skincare products. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions, or if you had sensitive and reactive skin. We offer bespoke and personalized skincare consults- tailor made for you!

Tiger Lillie Skin Food does not offer refunds on any products due to general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate with your skin. However If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. Please send a photo of the damaged items to email@example.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item- in which case, we will gladly pay for the return shipment charge.
COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTS
When using a coupon code, be sure to input it in the correct spot upon checkout. Codes cannot be added to orders already placed.
TIGER LILLIES SKIN FOOD is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that ANY and ALL fees that you are charged are your responsibility. TIGER LILLIES SKIN FOOD will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.
As all of our products are made fresh in small batches to ensure quality. Please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive. If you haven’t received your delivery after 7 working days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can contact ROYAL MAIL. TIGER LILLIE SKIN FOOD is not responsible for delays due to lost items. We track all of our products to ensure safe delivery, however unfortunately sometimes items do go missing.Once Royal Mail has refunded us for the loss, we can issue you a new item or a refund for your missing item. Please note this can take up two weeks.
