Refund terms and conditions

When requesting your money back through our money back guarantee policy you agree to the following terms:

  • The product will need to be returned to our warehouse.
  • Return postage will be at the expense of the customer.
  • The customer also assumes any risk of damage, theft or loss of goods during transit, so we can only accept items sent via Registered and signed for Post.
  • You can only claim once per different product and we reserve the right to reject future orders.
